A popular new diet craze taking England by storm may soon be making its way across the pond. But there is a catch: you have to practically starve for two days a week. The appropriately-dubbed "Fast Diet" (also referred to as the "5:2 Diet" or the "Feast and Famine Diet") claims to help you drop pounds while allowing you to stuff your face, guilt-free, as long as you only do that five days a week and then force yourself to function on a mere 500-600 calories for the other two days.
